What information do we store?

When you book an appointment, we store your name and phone number along with the appointment time and the chosen service. The phone number is used to send you a confirmation code by SMS and to contact you about your booking.

How long do we keep it?

Your booking (including name and number) is automatically deleted from our database once the appointment date has passed.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies (language choice and security). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

SMS

Sent SMS messages are logged (recipient, type and status) for operational purposes. The content of the message itself is not stored.

Statistics & security

We keep anonymous visitor statistics (number of page views and visitors) without cookies. Your IP address is stored only in anonymised (hashed) form, so we cannot trace it back to you. In the event of suspicious activity (e.g. automated hacker scanning), the IP address is logged in order to block attacks and protect the site.
